Welcome
We are the Tampa Home Child Care Providers Association. We were formed in 1990 to offer support and assistance to family child care providers. Sharing experiences with other providers promotes an atmosphere of pride and professionalism for the family child care field.
To attain our goals of promoting professionalism and providing quality care, we offer a variety of training and support at our meetings. We also encourage parents and child care advocates to become members and participate in the workshops that are presented because quality care is a partnership involving both parent and provider.

Upcoming Events
We meet the second Tuesday of the months, January through November. All meetings begin with a social time from 6:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. and a business meeting to follow. All trainings will be held after the business meeting. Our meetings are held at the Woodman's Lodge at 2515 Silver Lake Avenue.

22 - 24 One Goal Conference (scholarships winners Carol Phillips, Lourdes Salermo, Melanie McCune, Lisa Fields and Pam Pratts)
August 11 Association Birthday Celebration
September 8 Importance of Using Assessments Training (hours will be given) - Association Elections (Pres & VP)
October 13 Annual Banquet (more info to come later)
November 10 End of Year Wrap Up

Not yet a provider member?
Licensed Family Child Care Providers can click the link below to download a membership application to our association. You may either bring the application in person to our next meeting or mail to the P.O. Box listed on the application along with the yearly dues of $50 and a copy of your current family child care license.
